This Privacy Policy describes how this application ("the App") collects, uses, and handles information when you use the App through the Shopify platform. The App provides embroidery mockup generation tools, allowing merchants to upload embroidery files, customize colors, and generate product images.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the App, including:

• Embroidery files uploaded by merchants (processed temporarily, never stored)
• Mockup images uploaded by merchants (processed temporarily, never stored)
• Generated output images (returned to merchant, not retained)
• Basic Shopify store information (shop domain and access tokens required for app functionality)

3. How We Use Information

We use this information solely to process uploaded embroidery files, generate mockup images, provide and maintain the App's functionality, and improve performance and reliability.

4. Data Storage and Retention

We do not store uploaded embroidery files or generated images after processing. All files are processed temporarily and are automatically deleted immediately after the mockup generation process is complete. Session data required for authentication is stored securely in an encrypted database hosted on Railway.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share merchant data with third parties. Information is only used as necessary to provide the functionality of the App.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Railway — cloud hosting for the application and database
• Shopify — platform APIs, billing, and file storage

These services may process data as required to provide their infrastructure.

7. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit and take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information during transmission and processing.

8. Merchant Rights

Merchants may uninstall the App at any time through the Shopify Admin. Upon uninstall, session data associated with your store is automatically deleted. You may contact us to request information about your data or request deletion of any remaining data.

9. GDPR Compliance

We respond to Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks including customer data requests and erasure requests. As the App does not collect or store customer personal data, there is no customer data to provide or erase beyond what Shopify manages directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
